All internal applicants are expected to inform their manager of their application. If they have not done so, before they applied for the role, the Recruiter will advise them to do so before they start processing their application and at the latest when invited for an interview.
All internal applicants are expected to submit their applications via our career portal. In exceptional circumstances, where this is not feasible, HR or the Recruiter will assist and ensure the applicant is tracked in the system and supported through the process.
We expect all employees to operate in their position for at least twelve months before applying for a new role, their previous performance rating at a minimum 3 on our scale and an employee should not currently be on a Personal Improvement Plan (PIP). The Recruiters reserve the right to check with respective HR in case of doubts
